Warranty
Warranty is provided for defective products or spare parts due to production or technique problems within 12 months. Warranty period lasts for 12 months and starts from the date of purchase.

Warranty service does not include easy-to-wear-off parts, like straps, tires etc. The warranty covers product defects that may occur during normal use. Any destroy caused by accidental damage, neglect or undue care are not warranted.

Purchases made in China
If you encounter a problem with the trolley within warranty period, please send an Email to info@vekaddy.com. Our priority is to get you back on the golf course as quickly as possible, so first of all we will try to rectify the problem over the Email - often it''s a simple connection that has come loose, so you will be able to fix it very quickly yourself. If we diagnose that you need to be sent a spare part, we will send it to you with easy to follow instructions. If the problem cannot be resolved over the Email or by sending you a spare part, we will refer you to one of our appointed service station and will endeavor to fix the problem by repairing your trolley. If we cannot fix the problem, we will supply a replacement trolley (the replacement may not be brand new but will be in equal or better condition than your current trolley).

Returns Policy

They must be the unused goods.

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Vekaddy. Ltd., you may return unused goods within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used.

We would request that the item is returned in suitable packaging, so as not to incur any damage during transit, otherwise the full refund may not be granted.

If your trolley needs to be returned and you have not returned the warranty card or registered your trolley online you will need to provide some proof of purchase. Please be aware that you should be responsible for the traffic expense, which occurred by the maintenance, return and replacement of the products and spare parts.
